Embassy Suites By Hilton Phoenix Tempe, Tempe

Even though some aspects need improvement, my stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms, while a bit far from the lobby, were comfortable and clean. The service was fantastic, with the staff going out of their way to assist guests. The location, despite being a bit awkward, was convenient for my needs. The dining experience was a mix of exceptional and disappointing. The facilities were generally good, with a few areas for enhancement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and had a sitting room and small kitchenette, but they were a bit dark and could use some updating to the carpets and couches. However, the service was top-notch with energetic and accommodating staff. The location was beautiful and well-maintained, although I wished for a better view of the pool. The dining experience was very good overall, especially the made-to-order omelets and french toast. The facilities were decent, but there were a few minor upkeep issues like dusty wine bottles on the wall.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel! The spacious rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the fantastic shuttle service was a lifesaver. However, some room maintenance issues and slow response time to requests were minor inconveniences.
